Manufacturing

Windrock is looking for a multi-tasker with good interpersonal and presentation skills for a full-time position in our Manufacturing department located at our office in Knoxville, TN. Candidate must have Associates Degree in Electronics, preferred with 2 to 5 year electronics experience, proficient with Microsoft Office Products, experience with test equipment (DMM, O-scope, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.) as well as electrical repair skills---soldering iron, heat gun, repair of small SMT parts. Prior experience in a manufacturing or prototype environment is highly beneficial.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

• Identify to the component level any failure tested in prototypes/production units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex problems with processes and equipment, define, recommend, and implement solutions / preventative corrective actions.
• Report product issues to the product teams on a daily basis.
  
• Provide documentation of events and status with detailed analysis of actions / results. Assist in final test procedures, documentation, and fixtures
  
• Control the testing of WIP/Final test for product.
  
• Act as a liaison of the MFG group to product development, test engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, and program managers.
