Windrock now offers a new product, the 6310/DA Diesel Analyzer specifically designed for the operators, mechanics and engineers involved in power generation, mining, petroleum, and marine industries. The 6310/DA is the only two-channel diesel engine analyzer on the market that allows for trending and diagnostics of pressure, vibration, and ultrasonic versus crank-angle to step up your preventive maintenance program to a predictive maintenance program. The optional upgrade to enable FFT/Spectrum Vibration capabilities in the 6310/DA allows time-based vibration measurements on turbochargers, pumps, fans, generators and other rotating equipment. Effective February 22, 2007 MAARS, Inc. has merged with Windrock. MAARS (founded in 1996) developed and sells online vibration monitoring equipment for rotating machinery. MAARS' employees have now joined the Windrock family; Buddy Lee as a Regional Sales Manager, Kent Peterson as Product Manager for Online Systems and David Zimny as Software Programmer. Windrock will continue to market and support MAARS vibration monitoring products.
