Win6300 Application Update

07/01/98 -- Windrock, Inc. is excited to announce the release of its improved 32-bit Windows95/NT Reporting Software. The new release of the software package complements the existing diagnostic and performance software for the digital 4 channel Windrock Model 6300 Reciprocating Machinery Analyzer. The software has the ability to automatically generate preconfigured plots and reports and includes Windrock's innovative Set-up Wizard, a totally new concept for configuring your machines measurement collection point list.

The Windrock Model 6300 analyzer is a radical departure from analog scope based analyzers and data collectors. The Model 6300 displays, stores and completes mechanical and performance calculations at the machine allowing the analyst to have not only instant access to information, but also a history of past performance conditions. While performing the calculations at the machine, the sophisticated WindWizard alarms will indicate areas of possible concern and suggest additional checks while the analyst is still at the machine. Vibration (vs crank angle, oscilloscope real-time and FFT)

It will even calculate and display rod load and reversal at the machine. With the ability to view real-time PTs, PVs, and rod-load plots, the analyst has the ability to change compressor loading or RPM and quickly determine if a rod reversal problem has been induced by the change.
