M-Health

M-Health 5.2 is a software application that enables the monitoring of machine intensive facilities. M-Health 5.2 tracks the operation and condition of various machines and helps in the evaluation process to reduce operating and maintenance costs.

M-Health 5.2 gives Operators and Maintenance staff the ability to easily monitor machinery performance and efficiency, schedule maintenance activities and predict deterioration in machinery performance and condition.

M-Health 5.2 evaluates and displays operating performance over a period of time, performance expectations under different conditions, operating time and down time. Using information from machine monitors, M-Health 5.2 translates that information into easy to read reports and graphs. M-Health 5.2 can also alert staff of potential problems that are about to occur or have occurred during the operating period of the machinery.

Once installed on your PC, M-Health 5.2 has a comprehensive Online Help system with its own menu bar to instruct you. A Windrock M-Health Setup Specialist is available to help you set up all the calculations and operating parameters such as, temperature and pressures, that when calculated, indicate performance efficiency.

M-Health 5.2 tracks all the data that is entered and monitors the data so that staff can review basic operating patterns, detect problems, and see machinery status. M-Health 5.2 also tracks operating hours, shows machinery availability, and tracks and schedules maintenance tasks based on unit operation
