Question:

Why can't I show angular velocity?

Answer:

The 6300 requires more than one event per revolution to calculate angular velocity. The time between pulses is measured and plotted as a function of crank angle. Check for the following:

There must be more than one event per revolution being sent to the 6310. For example a magnetic pickup on gear teeth or shaft encoder must be used.
The machine configuration must have the pulses per revolution set to greater that one. This number must match the number of events being measured.
